Returns & Refunds

The buyer has the right to refuse the redeemed goods within 14 days after the purchase in showroom or within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.

ATTENTION!

Products are subject to exchange and return only if their presentation is not violated, the product has not been used, there are no signs of wear, dirt, odors, labels are not damaged!

If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, we have the right to refuse you a refund or exchange of goods.

Returns are at the buyer's expense.

- Shipping costs paid upon purchase are non-refundable.
- When refunding an item, shipping costs will be deducted.
- Refunds are made within 14 working days from the date we receive the returned goods, not counting the time for processing, verification and approval of the return by employees, the period is 1-2 days.

If an additional discount was applied to your order at the time of purchase and you are only returning a part of one of the items purchased on your order, we may deduct the amount of the discount from the refund amount.

ATTENTION!

The method of return of funds coincides with the method of payment, when paying in cash, the refund is made in cash, in case of non-cash payment, the money is returned to the buyer’s account from which the payment was made.

*Refunds will be made minus shipping costs.

If the reason for the return of the goods is the receipt of a defective product, we undertake to replace the product with a non-defective one or return the money.
