RETURN OF GOODS

1. Deficiencies in sold goods shall be remedied, and defective goods shall be exchanged or returned in accordance with the “Retail Trade Rules” approved by the Resolution No. 697 of 11 June 2001 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. To return item(s), the Buyer must fill in the return/exchange form and, at their discretion, place the returned shipment in any parcel locker at the address specified by the Seller. The Buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Refund request form

3. The Buyer may exercise the right specified in Clause 1. within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, by notifying the Seller in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 2.

4. When returning goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:
4.1. the returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging;
4.2. the item must not be damaged by the Buyer;
4.3. the item must be unused, retain its original appearance, be clean and in good condition;
4.4. the returned item must be in the same complete set as received by the Buyer.

5. The Seller has the right to refuse returned goods if the Buyer fails to comply with the return procedure set out in this clause.

6. Refunds for returned goods are always made via bank transfer and only to the account of the original payer.

7. The Seller refunds the full amount of the product only if the conditions specified in Clause 4. have not been violated.

8. The Seller does not refund the shipping costs paid by the Buyer for the delivery of the parcel.

9. Custom-made products ordered by the Buyer are not eligible for return or exchange.
